<p>There are many websites that claim to offer free foreclosure lists, but many of them require you to enter your credit card information, and then they just hope and pray that you do not cancel prior to the first payment.  I guess they really hope you like the list and just keep paying for it month after month until you find what you need.  There are some advantages to paid foreclosure lists such as a greater level of information, but for me, I prefer to just get the raw information and run with it.  Also, if you have a trusted real estate agent (which is highly recommended) he or she can get whatever info you need to do your research and find out of the propperty is suitable for you.</p>
